I sm how do agree tat hcmc gers r quite err... loud spoken at times... ok...many times.
I hv been to hanoi. Gers r generally more soft spoken & gentle as compared to HCMC. ( not those hcmc gers who went hanoi to work lah)
And I luv their traditional dress.... Esp some with a bit transient... keke.
If bros out there in vn staying long would actually enjoy visiting hair salon & parlours. the chances of hitting the preferred ones r quite high esp they knw u r expax + single (to be bonus)
