Harbour Bay - within the vicinity of the ferry terminal = rates might be worst than Singapore (Chinatown, The Arcade). Slightly better rates can be found at the shop houses along few metres from Morning Bakery.

Batam Center - I generally avoid because i had never seen good rates.

hotel utama - not sure because i never went there before.
