Thanks all for e help! Just one more thing, is it Telco specific? Cos I m using a Tri SIM card. Means I have to go Tri store or any phone shop also can help? I went Grapari they said can just bring passport and they will update into their system but I using Tri so asked me to look for e Tri store instead
