Ramadan and CNY
In some years, the CNY will fall on Ramadan. How is it? How the CNY is celebrated, if it falls exactly on those blackout dates when everything is closed in Batam?
Did any old bro here have this experience in Batam? I am not sure how many years ago it happened, but it must be maybe 20.
