Not FR but mainly service review for the OKT from RegentLust.
I think most of us here appreciate the use of decent English in text messages. Misplaced punctuation marks could create miscommunication and misunderstandings. We make such bookings because we need to destress ourselves from work. It is a big turn off for me if I need to double or even triple read the replies from the OKT. To make things worse, we get another horribly phrased reply when we seek clarifications. I met one who wrote an extremely long paragraph with a single full-stop.
Some OKTs reply one liners which are another big turn off. Text messages have no emotions, and one liners usually come across as plain rude, or OKTs who have the bo chup attitude.
Bro SK is fantastic! He does not use Queen's English, but phrases his instructions extremely well. Proper Singlish that is well phrased, clear, and concise. He is always friendly and extremely accomodating too. Perhaps it helps that I am a regular to his stable and he has earned quite a fortune from me over the years.

To other stable owners, now OKT also cannot anyhow pluck from the sky one. Singlish is ok, but most importantly, it's easy to understand. Hahaha! Try to imagine.. your uber is arriving, and you are in a big hurry. But you cannot find the button to unlock the side gate! The OKT sends you a long message that you needed to read line by line to understand. Halfway through, some things were not so clear. You uber has arrived but you are still figuring out how to open the fucking door. You call the OKT but he doesnt answer and continues replying you horribly. Luckily, someone came home, and opened the gates. I was the lucky fucker before lol.
