1. Yes; many but u r not a local & can't speak vnese
2. A lot of Spa. Damage easily 1 to 2 Mill depend on your negotiation skill.
3. Use wechat & tinder. you can find them there but 70% chance the photos don't match with real person

There are many hotels in HCM City. For S$50; you can get a hotel with bath tub. Just go google. Even some S$30; you can get a bath tub too. It depend where you stay. Most of the hotel are clean. Try not to stay in those hotel which provide 1 to 3 hrs stay. It is mainly for FL or those local which need a quickie.
