Base on my own experience,i would rank New Spa number 2 for spas with extras in Batam (in terms of pricing,girls and innovation),hehehe...and to me,it beats Delta hands down.
Octopuss? Hehehe...not too bad a place. Please dont ask me which one is ranked number 1,its already hidden under the carpet and almost a history now. Not many goes there anymore...and business is fair. Girls were hand-picked by their boss,and it has not much customers,which is why i rate it in my number 1 list. I dont like crowd,i dont like to compete. Everytime i am there,i feel as if i practically own the whole spa,hehehe...and i am being served like a prince the moment i walked in.

In terms of looks,i think there are also quite a handful of massage girls there that would come close,if not better looking.
