I went some times to those in Nagoya Hill, aiming at the "top quality" in island. I am not sure it is the top quality, but probably it's the top price. Very expensive, compared to local cost of life. Quality so-so. However, I needed a simple cut and I had it. Maybe the most expensive in island.
There's one open 24/24 on the street from Formosa to Windsor.
