After some searching and contacting of lip cafe places using google translate, finally got one to reply. It's in gangnam next to campus hotel.
Had a 30 min massage by an older women followed by a younger girl with a hf/bj. Pretty good experience. I had to pay 120k though as a foreigner, price for locals was 80k.
