About 4 years ago,it includes all that you have said above and it happens in more than one MP shop. In Utama area,even 50k FJ is possible if one is good at bargaining and negotiating (its only a hearsay for the 50k fj becos i have not tried it before but a local Indo friend did and it was mentioned in one of my summaries before).
With the crowd at Utama area today,i doubt it will be very least possible.
