Can any Bros kindly advise how to buy a new telkomsel call & data prepaid sim card now in Batam? I recall there was a tightening of procedures, n do we now need to go to a telkomsel shop to buy or can still buy from HP shop counters? What docs do they need from us to buy? Thanks in advance...
