In hcm, its called club. 100% legal. Usually situated in hotels. No table games, all games machine. Hv baccarat, roulette etc. Clubs open to all foreigners. Locals cant go in.
The nearest actual casinos with table games is in Mocbai-Bavet, the cambodian vietnam border. As usual, the casinos in bavet give free rooms when we do rolling. The free food here is vv good, chilli crab, steam fish.
