If you are gonna take a cut, be honest and admit that you are indeed taking a cut.
Otherwise, don't harass the cewek when they exchange contact info with the customers and deal with customer direct.
If you find the monies you get from the customers to be unfair, liase with them directly.
This is even more dishonest than the stunts pulled by those OKTs from FL Dome 2.
