Well said. Definitely will come across one with enough chemistry, the term everyone uses these days. And you get your bonus, simple as that.
Two main unwritten rules:
- Not to be crazy and go raw, that is going over the edge
- Don't kiss and tell, if get bonus don't publicise explicably to avoid all sorts of issues.
