It operates by an ex male nurse who did circumcisions for all races..As long as you have no chronic conditions he can do it and it he has great skills with vast experiences.. I did mine for less than $500 . Give him.a call for appointment before going down as he is always fully booked. Procedure done in 20 mins don't need to do follow up unless got complication.
