Actually, the lookers and the servicers, to use your terminologies, appeal to different market segments.
There are bros who seek to be sextified and hence require services like full nude, shower together, BBBJ, painting, etc. These bros require servicers to fulfil their needs, and GFE and pretty face are secondary cosiderations. These are the bros who are likely to prefer Long Nv, Yiyi, Summer, etc. (For the sake of clarity, I'm leaving out MLs who provide solid, authentic massage, since most bros have stated that they don't require this.)
Then there are bros who don't require much service, but enjoy the company of a pretty face with a great body. They are easily pleased sexually. In the words of some MLs, 碰几下就射了. These are the ones who line up to book Donna, Ai La and Breeze.
Certainly there will be bros who fall between these two extremes, and likewise, MLs who are between the two poles.
Lookers like Donna, Ai La and Breeze are constantly fully booked because they are "limited editions" since they possess god-given gifts, while servicers like Long Nv and Yiyi are more readily available since servicers can be trained, groomed and developed, and hence there are always fresh supplies coming to our shores constantly.
Lookers, because they are limited in supply are well supported by bros who RTM repeatedly, and yet, at the same time, invite curious attention even from bros who prefer servicers, therefore are harder to book. Servicers, on the other hand, do get fully booked but there are often available alternatives, and they don't have the advantage of inviting curious customers who are willing to spare hard earned cash just to try them.
