You can be cheated ANYWHERE and at ANY TIME. One bad case should be not enough to move you away from HB (maybe to be cheated in another mall).
My advice is to avoid to always opt for the cheapest thing. Cheapest seldom is also the best. There is no free meal, we say. Instead of buying a 50k card (maybe 3G not 4G? only 500MB not 2GB? a lousy operator instead of Telkomsel?), invest your 100k and buy a Simpati 4G with 2GB data!
