I second this. been patronising lover's fortress. his service is good. sometimes stable cui but we cnt fault OKT.
But OKT customer service is good. got once i made an appt, last min wife call to go home, OKT fully understand that.
If girl really cui also can feedback to him and he will take action.
We rly need more of this kind responsible OKT around.
RP is rly girl cui & OKT cui. Last min cancel or change booking timing. Last time RP is good tho. But i think internal shuffle..
