There hve been cases of fraud...& even fraudulent policeman to demand $$$
& Beijing is the capital..prostituitition is illegal..man
Most of the cheaper hotel turns a blind eye while international hotel does have a policy to register yr guest and before 11pm...one clue...check things out between 11pm - 12pm..if there are alot of gals coming in & out, its girl-friendly...OK..
Yes, there are HC...one in Jiangsu Hotel...Andingmen...RMB600+, massage + HJ...FJ...3rd floor...ask for Ben...operated by Malaysian co.
BBS in Shanghai are plentiful..shld be OK..but as usual...capped OK...
