Nah, many ways to find timing one.
Maybe 2-3am for young army kids lah, that time the old uncles should be asleep or just finish drinking.
A note on the awkward timings, MLs are fresh and blood, although they are here to earn money but not that hard up on money to work 24H. They need to sleep during the night as well, same as most of us.
At that timing, the best bet would be 24H spas where you encounter a sleepy ML that half sleep half massage you. I always prefer my MLs to be fresh and playful lah. Haha.
