Bro, Fukuoka still need lobang meh. Nakasu is almost like our Geylang and many of their soaplands accept foreigners. But that means many ladies may not be 100% local Japanese. Unless u can speak Japanese well and stayed in Japan for sometime it is almost impossible to differentiate. It is as hard as asking a Japanese to differentiate between a SG Chinese and a MY Chinese lor. But bobian. Just try to verify as much as possible.
