Not sure why people are complaining about other people complaining. When you are promise a certain service at a certain price, n what you gotten is below the standard that was promise, if course you won't be happy. Even can "u-turn" and walk away, you still losing time (to me that is more precious) and transport cost (I don't drive and take cab mostly to be on time). Why should the onus be on us to improve things when the okt screw up?
