My personal guideline:
No tip: Lousy to SOP service rendered. Will not rtf, why bother tipping?
$50 to $100 tip: Go above and beyond SOP. Allows frenching, deep AR and good attitude etc. Really not alot for a pretty girl willing to stick their tongue up your ass

Every bro financial means different, no need to follow how other people tip la. Some towkay can tip in the ballpark of a few thousands while some will never tip regardless how good service they recieved. See your "heart" and means loh.
