Interesting stories so early in the weekend morning.

Landlords do suddenly come and spot-check the premises on receiving reports of hanky panky activity going on. If it's a condo, they get the heads-up from the security and/or mgmt agent. I recall once rtf a girl, first encounter in the usual condo, second in a budget hotel. She told me the landlord came in middle of night and they had to clear out in a hurry. Even left her shoes behind!

Actually I am more curious about how landlord can don't know what their premises are used for, for weeks and months the stable is based there. Never even look-see all this while. Surely there's some collusion going on, in most cases, desperate landlords willing to bear the risk.
