You are misleading. Don't compare an apple for 40k with a peach for 100k.
For you it is the same, but a Telkomsel
PRE-REGISTERED SIM card (or working as registered already) working at 20 Mbps on 4G with 6GB data traffic loaded is not the same as a 3G card from other operators.
If you don't see the difference, no need to explain further.
Btw, 100k is the same price, more or less, at any Telkomsel sale point (even if not preregistered). At Lucky Plaza, for example, did not offer cards that can work without registration.
Cheaper is not necessarily better. Try with fish at the market, rotten vs. Fresh.
