Vietnam cuisine is so exotic and adventurous..... dog meat, cat meat, rodent meat, snakemeat etc are all so common in their daily meals. One old VN hotel chef told me he even served baby foetus long long time ago when he was an army cook and food was scarce as it was the period just after the war ended. They will cook anything that is edible.
