The rules of the game are as simple as before. Treat them better, they treat you slightly better. This doesn't change 10 years, 20 or 50 years later (until they start with robots). Human is human.

They may work harder for the buck but if treat them like shit, don't expect to be treated like a king regardless whether you are Andy Lau or not.

Yes, they don't come here to find true love. Play the game well. Doesn't harm with a little deserved kindness. The word is deserved.

My opinion. Think you are smarter, different thoughts, your choice.
