I buy small items (like from Rochor Beancurd at Geylang) when visiting them so that I look like someone visiting a friend when I'm at the condo gate.
Arouses less suspicion.
Just feels weird if you stand empty-handed waiting at the condo gate.
Of course I couch the narrative to the ML as I want to show some concern for her.
It works both way right?
