Actually the terms you listed are clear cut and unambiguous.
What's most often misinterpreted is FWB.
Friends with benefits, actually means the same as fuckbuddy, the benefit being sex. All too often I find ladies posting about looking for fwb when they are expecting monetary renumeration, which is more of a SD/SB relation or being a FL.
