Those in Japan for example are trained by older dommes, so there's decades of tradition behind their practices, and they know what to do and not do.
In Singapore however, most of these 20-something dommes are party girls who are introduced to BDSM by their fellow party girls, who told them it's a good way to make money on the side.
It's up to us to be protective of ourselves, and make sure the dommes here don't do anything with us that's above their pay grade.

agree wif u bro, japanese have to undergo rigorous training, newbie domees known as baby dominas have to sit in senior dominas session to learn, after they practise senior dominas have to sit in to assess them, in SG, the party girls group i wonder how many training sessions they undergo, got once i met one she didnt know what to do end up we hold hands and talk heart lol...
yea money is a good motivation, but if it's the sole motivation then not very healthy, say if along the way the domee can develop interest and build on it then not so bad, some do, sadly some dont, experienced subs once meet will know, the interest, the body language and the look in their eyes, some domees you can see they are like working to a checklist, ok item 1, check, item 2, check lol...
lastly, like what i pointed out previously, hygiene and safely are 2 things not to be compromised, once breach like this one tell u no blood still wan to draw then not only not professional but is like taking the whole BDSM idea like a joke or avenue to vent her frustrations...
