I am in my 40s, and many thought I am all the above you said. i go for regular medical checkups, exercise regularly, keeps a healthy diet and have nice smooth skin. Casual drinker, social smoker. Always maintains a presentable impression when I am working. And I always tell myself, make yourself presentable, no need to worry about what others say. Because they are jealous of what you are. All this efforts will yield results one day.
so when i got married, they are changed their tunes, and said my wife is the most fortunate as I spend my last 40 over years keeping myself worthy and waiting for her. Hahaha....
