Much as I like to tip for good service, $120 is quite the max I would like to go. It so happened that those $120 ladies I am attracted to and been to are more of PR skills and beauty. In fact, the $110 ladies are usually the ones who offer more FN, higher playability, with BJ usually and I feel they should not warrant less than the $120 ladies. That's my reasoning to tip them $10 more as they tend to be more hardworking.
I will just tip them quietly at the end of the session, and will not in any way tip them in a way that they feel they should be in the $120 category. It's mutual understanding and need not say out. But usually they get the hint, if I pay them $120 most likely I will RTM.
