Problem now is I need to get my body into running condition with the proper endurance.. I can't go out to run in these terrible hazy conditions.. Does running on a treadmill at least help me to achieve part of my goal?

Haven't done a quick 2.4km for a long time. Me Pes C in army. Lol. But I usually average under 5min 15sec per km over 8-10km. So a sub 11 2.4 should be possible. Bad knee la Hehe.
