All I can say is...both OKTs and Gals are human too.
So be friendly and respectful to both will gain you a lot of mileage...
Then also be professional in the way you conduct your activity and finally align everybody's interests...
if everyone gets what they want from what you do, I don't see why you cannot get what u want...
