I didn't say u poor, why u so sensitive? I didn't think that Pham Ngu lao is a complicated place when i first arrived in VN some years ago. But after a few years and getting to know the place better, i changed my views. Often, many places look alright if u do not know the place that well, but after u stay there for some time and get to know it better, your mindset will change.
