This is new but ridiculous strategy - asking for extra $ because operating in hotel. If this acceptable then may as well rent a bungalow, and ask for additional $. Alternatively, advertise $80, $90 or $100 to con a swarm of bros to come, and then ask bros to pay additional $ after the customer enters the room. BIG SCAM!
