Here's my humble report from my few days in HCMC. It was my first time in Vietnam and I stayed in District One.

Figured I'd try the famous hot toc (bj bar) experience since it's a vietname specialty
. Went there after having lunch nearby at a famous Banh Xeo place . I'm not sure if it gets any livelier at night, but at 2pm it looks like any other quiet street. The only giveaway are the guys sitting outside the shopfronts who will ask you to go in and take a look. Went straight to 84 (the numbers can be found over the shopfronts).
All the girls there wore these tight, short, red dresses. Quite a few lookers too. I wasn't really given any option to pick a favourite and was and was immediately hustled to a room on the second floor. The girl I got was a decent 6/10. You're led up to a small room with a chair like when you get a hair wash in a barber shop. The girl cleans your 2IC and then she gets to work. She pulled her top and underwear down giving me full access to the goods. The experience was definitely more porn-like than in the massage places I typically visit - plenty of sound and technique which can only be called... professional. All the way up a satisfying CIM where she sucked me dry. All in all, not bad for 400k.
Bui Vien
I was actually along the way to check out Zeus Massage at the backpacker street area and walked past this random shop on Bui Vien. There are a lot of shops advertising happy hour promos for massages before 4pm. I ignored most of them, but one of them had this cute chinese speaking SYT in a tight crop top and shorts offering a happy hour promotion at 150k. It looked like it was going to rain so I was like fuck it for 150k what's the worst that could happen.
She led me up to the third floor with massage beds with curtain partitions but I was the only one. The massage was pretty piano (although could tell she was making an effort), with plenty of teasing that left no doubt to where the real money is made. Eventually, she pops the question - 600k for a HJ or 900k for a BJ. I'd heard Bui Vien was notorious for scalping but considering that a visit to NPK is 400k I was like hell no. She was cute though, and eventually after some back and forth we settled on 400k for a HJ.
Here's where the fun happened. I heard FJs are hard to find in HCMC and wasn't expecting to get any. But if I'm going to waste money might as well go all the way right
. I asked if she offered FJ and she asked how much I was willing to offer. I had 1M left in my wallet (which I think is well below market) and she countered with 1.5M - had to make a trip to an ATM nearby afterward (protip, cheongsters - use Revolut) but it was totally worth it. She asked if I had a condom, but I didn't. Luckily she had one. I don't think this happens very often because she was very shy and cautious about it - guess she was afraid of getting caught which added to the thrill, naturally. She even got me to put the condom on myself - clearly not a professional. Once that was done, she got on and rode me like a champion. It was damn hot because you could tell she was trying to keep it quiet and hold in her moans. Normally I need some sound to get going, but the thrill of the situation meant that I had to surrender before very long.
