Through the years, I've actually designed a simple but strict set of 3 templated smses.
These were formulated to get maximum booking details with minimal fuss. If MLs/FLs don't reply to any of these 3 smses properly, or don't reply with adequate humility, patience and respect, it usually indicates what type of bxxxxxx they are, and obviously aren't worth my time or my hard earn money. I will drop them instantly.
Call me crazy but it always seems to work out. All the good MLs/FLs have always replied suitably.
