Means she put 2 and 2 together. You must have wrote your FR same day as you met her and wrote some details about the session she could immediately identify. So she knew it was you.
I don't think she "reads" SBF. Usually when got FRs, white knights will screen capture a Google translated version of the FR and send to the ML. Yep. Seen it myself.
