If you visited a lady on Thursday night and say explicitly so in your FR, that's the first step towards her linking the dots. Then you describing the whole experience in graphic detail gives her more clues.
In my FRs, I never say when was the session but use vague terms like "Met her the other day." I don't describe the session either but just give an overall assessment of it.
