Yesterday tried to go Tg.Uban(Bintan) by bike.
At Punggur roro terminal... then learnt that there are some restrictions for vehicle to exit btm.
As spoken by local...
If the vehicle registered after certain year(1999?)then hv to report to the police to obtain a permit to go out.
As we didn't bring the necessary doc. and do not like to be "chopped" by the police....
We decided to turn back.
On the way back... few minutes away fr terminal
saw a market and this Hokkie hotel (under OYO mgmt)

Beside Hotel there is a Restaurant
