Are you referring to Lào Cai. It is very popular among HongKongers due to it acceptability by train. They used to play on the China side of the border post. Due to endless Chinese police enforcement, for the last two years, they all play on the Vietnam side. The price is 12usd, from the reports, those young girls are worth the 12usd.
The fun places are in the center of the map.
