I already returned to Singapore from Batam (yesterday last 2nd ferry,saw another friend taking the last ferry). Before 2359, 16th March 2020. Safe and sound.
Horizon Ferry was 70% full, more than a dozen was in Business class. Many grumbling Singaporean.
Temperature scan occurs at Harbour Bay ferry terminal, in fact Grand Batam Mall also do temperature scan too.
Exchange rate was 10350/SGD in most of the money changers. 1 or 2 of them offers 10400/SGD.
