A guest is someone who is welcomed into our house and treated defferentially, whether they are kings or paupers. Guests who visit our country are known as tourists. It seems the vietnamese female tourists in JC are a deeply bullied lot.

- The Anti Vice teams bully them.

- The residents want to get rid of them for they block their way to ill-gotten gains.

- Out of thousands of cheongsters who get to know them, 2 or 3 bad eggs take advantage of them.

Any other man, let alone our pampered local women, would have just gave up and walk away.

But no, the female tourists continues to go there, with a smile and continues to give us men cheerful company and pleasure. Goes to show their resilence and their immediate need to improve their lives, at the expense and sacrifice of their very own being.

Reminiscent of our forefathers who came to singapore with just shirts on their backs, bowing down to colonnial bullies ( remember 'dogs and chinese are not allowed' phrase? Can forgive but never forget or be whitewashed, just as what the germans and japs did during WWII, so that such beasts' offsprings will be reminded of what their forefathers did, be ashamed and never repeat it again for the next generations.), worked real hard in plantations and factories and created Singapore into what it is today.

My deepest respect to these vietnamese female tourists even though others may look down on them. Too bad they wont get to read this post and earlier posts of help by colt and helpful others, let alone understand english.
