I like Chinese abalones also.....
Warm, tight, juicy, pinky and usually hairless / little hair.
Very slurpy and sweet too!
Just like Vietnamese abalones... most of the time will be able to find similar in HCMC or Hanoi and even other parts of Vietnam.
Plus, they have nice smooth, silky white skin.
