This is what is the MOST irritating about the whole issue
if you opt for refunds to mode of payments e.g. cc, bank...ETC they will drag until the cow comes home and already kena slaughtered for meat but u still haven recvd it after few months, this was what happened to those I have opted for in Jan & Feb this year, which one of them I only got it just 2 weeks ago. Those i opt for vouchers get it almost immediately
Thats why I said earlier they are very smart in doing such delay tactics so that their operating cashflow is not depleted immediately
