The 'regular' system, from my impression, to protect the less experienced girls from new clients with no history with VP - so for example I've been with this stable since it started, VP knows what type of client I am (won't hurt gals, won't ask for raw, scold girls to keep money safe).
I got friend who used to chiong Viet KTV often before CB, so he's friendly with some mamasans - just needs to make a call for delivery.
There are also plenty of Viet ML's in massage parlours, but just like PRC ladies you need to find the right ones at the right cost...
