If include foreplay. Minimally 20-30 mins ba. It can last longer if you delay cumming(for the guy mostly). And keep going on and on until you shoot your load. Foreplay to me very important, can really make the girl high and cum like no tomorrow. as you have sex more often , you can sort of "control" your release and time it. It only feels good after both of you have cummed,not leaving either party feeling unsatisfied.
