just an avenue to relax guys, not need to get overly upset just find alternatives if you don't like it its not that hard. tbh as long as WL slots are sufficiently full to their own kpi nobody is going to give a fk about your grievances. We just need to FR and highlight worth it or not. $$ is not the problem, its just if the service can match up.

btw i think comments here do have some small effect lah, just recently a ML told me her business plummeted after a series of bad reviews on forum. But took just 2 weeks to go back to normalcy.
