First off, did not honour appointment time. Excuse given over the phone was that she overslept. Upon entering room (lights were off), she was still half-asleep. Even in the dark, could tell she was much fatter than in the pics. I don't know if it was actually her or a bait and switch, because the chubbiness kind of made it hard to discern if the face was the same. Was complaining the moment I stepped in about having to get out of bed. So I simply turned and left.
